  • Protected Blog.

All entries beyond what you see are protected. If you are a regular reader and subscribe to me, then this means nothing (though you MUST sign into your Xanga account to view mine). If you are an infrequent reader, please note that I make all active entries private after about a month or sooner.

    protected blog

If you want to be added to the protected list, just message/email me, especially if you are from one of my blogrings .

Birth-families  - Please don’t let this discourage you from reading the blog! Please register a screename and let me know so you can still view everything.

  • MUCH BETTER IDEA to switch to this protected thing, Jen……………………

  • I am glad I am on your list, thank you!

  • What’s a “blog tracker”?

  • I just added you Phyllis, I couldn’t remember your screename.

A blog tracker keeps a log of the folks who view your site.

  • Speaking for the technologically slow:  Where does one get such a thing?  ; )

  • Or should that be:  How does one get such a thing?

And how does one get protected?

  • I use a tracker from http://www.gottem.net  It’s very easy to use and records the visitors to my blog.

Tamie – When you make a New Weblog Entry, there are three options at the bottom of the entry screen: Public, Private, and Protected.  Public means everyone sees, Private means no one sees but you, and Protected means only those on your protected list can see. There’s an entire section of “protected” posting in the left hand “Edit” module. That’s where you enter the Xanga screenames for the protected list.

I’m terrible at explaining these things. Sorry.

  • I’m on the list woohoo. I’m cool :)

  • I have no idea if I am on the list or not—if I am not–I would like to be!!

  • I’d like to be aunt j.
    :o )

  • hey, can i be on ur protected list?
